That's basically deflecting and projecting. They're projecting their own illnesses onto the people they are against which may actually have that illness to deflect the fact they have it themselves. They're in denial.

Your options of personal success don’t depend on the emotional or ethical definition that you choose to give yourself; neither do your chances of being happy or even those of avoiding suffering. Most definitions, labels, general points of view are useless out of a book, a discussion or a political speech. Most definitions aren’t easily translated into feeling. Moreover, the more you feel, the less successful you’ll be. It’s a bit like a curse, or the law of minimum; the more conscious you are of the way you live or the happy or sad your life is being, the less adapted and functional you prove yourself. Too much thinking means too many problems, too many options, too little certainty for deciding on your next step. Theorizing is an expression of perplexity. Life is there to be lived, not to be dealt with words. Spirit, soul, motivation, those are words; you don’t get them to be useful by calling them out, you take them out of other’s people lives, once those lives are done and they can be analyzed, but there’s no practical advantage to derive from them, you cannot wear them as you would wear a dead man’s boots. If you want to rob the energy of your enemy finding out what his moral, motivation or way of feeling could be is about as useful as eating his heart out.
I think your quality of life is proportional to your ego reduction. It hurts so much to reduce it. However, if you don't, everyone can pull your chain.
So...your bright idea for a happy life is to feel and think as little as possible? You are not very coherent.

The motion seeks to keep out testimony involving prosecutors' allegations that Sandusky exhibited "grooming behavior," including letters written by Sandusky to Victim 4. But if the testimony and letters are allowed, attorneys said they intend to offer expert testimony from a psychologist, who "will explain that the words, tones, requests and statements made in the letters are consistent with a person who suffers from a Histrionic Personality Disorder," according to documents. A source familiar with the case told CNN last week that letters written by Sandusky to Victim 4 could be described as love letters. According to the National Institutes of Health, histrionic personality disorder is a condition in which "people act in a very emotional and dramatic way that draws attention to themselves." "The goal of a person suffering from this disorder in writing those letters would not necessarily be to groom or sexually consummate a relationship in a criminal manner, but rather to satisfy the needs of a psyche belabored by the needs of such a disorder," the motion says. Prosecutor Joseph McGettigan spoke to jurors before Amendola, telling them, "You'll hear about systematic behavior by a serial predator. These were experiences that took place not over days, not over weeks, not over months ... but over years."
It’s Kant’s fault if we DISCUSS about right and wrong, good and evil, it was him who first stated the responsibility of INDIVIDUALS to decide on their behavior. But innate sense of right and wrong doesn’t exist. What Kant called “the moral law within” is, purely and simply, a myth. There is not a basic individual feeling who will tell you that you have acted right or wrong if you are not able to assess the consequences or have no way of knowing them. Many people here believe they are sociopaths because they don’t seem to be able to listen to that inner voice that tells them this is “right” or this is “wrong”. Well, don’t try, if you actually heard that voice, THEN you should go to the psychiatrist. Curiously enough it is people who admit they don’t hear it who visit the shrink; hilarious situation, I should say.
"It’s Kant’s fault if we DISCUSS about right and wrong, good and evil, it was him who first stated the responsibility of INDIVIDUALS to decide on their behavior. It was Kant who first stated that individuals are responsible for their own behavior, and there is no innate sense of right and wrong.

IN SHORT: Jose can reframe definitions as he sees but cannot really communicate what he is saying that well.
In this case, some people can tell potential consequences better than others. Just don't call that ability 'feeling' and Jose'll be happy.
A Texas father caught a man sexually assaulting his 4-year-old daughter and punched him in the head repeatedly, killing him, authorities said.
The alleged abuser was known for his horse-grooming abilities, Harmon said. The father returned to the house, caught the man in the act, and stopped him by striking him in the head several times, Harmon said. The man was pronounced dead on the scene, while the daughter was taken to a local hospital in Victoria, Texas, for examinations before being released. The incident took place Saturday. Harmon described the girl as "OK besides the obvious mental trauma."
Asked whether they would press charges against the father, the sheriff responded, "You have a right to defend your daughter. He acted in defense of his third person. Once the investigation is completed we will submit it to the district attorney who then submits it to the grand jury, who will decide if they will indict him."
Harmon described the dad as "very remorseful," adding that he didn't know the man was going to die.
One down, millions to go! What father doesn't have the right to kill a person sexually assaulting his daughter? Anyone who objects to that right should be eliminated. This world is so messed up by laws that protect the ones caught in the act.
Nobody is able to think universally, let alone to act universally, that is, as if what they do should be approved or rejected by everybody everywhere: for one thing, we don’t have the knowledge to extend so much the possible consequences of what we say, think or do; secondly, our actions, thoughts and words aim somewhere, they are not shots in the dark, they usually reach (or miss) their goal in a reasonable span of time. It would be really funny to expect we acted or thought for the eternity; nobody does, not even the most secluded and misanthropic of the old philosophers. If you take time and place away from our actions, you have nothing left. An act (mental or physical) is impossible without a concrete place and time to happen. Even Kant’s ideas belong to their moment and place, and only within this moment and place can they be understood. When we love we don’t love universally, we love now, here, we love some concrete body, some concrete thing which belongs to our environment and has a meaning for us exactly there and then, The more intense our most sublime feelings are felt, the more concrete, particular and unique they reveal themselves.
I finally understand Jose's existence in his vacuum.

I have recently dated most people with issues cause needless to say PTSD SUCKS. I am tapering off the meds and people puss me off by their ignorance daily. I now work from my moms home helping recover from all this and her fire. I understand mob mentality cause I have personally dealt with a many of socio-paths in the Army (I worked as a skip-tracer while married and then was a paramedic on base)...these mob mentality is seeking out people who they trust despite what they have been thru and the reactions to kill or cause choas at whatever lengths to feel justified to their group/family. Almost on the lines of cults, anything not socially acceptable but that they can influence and gain from if swayed enough by their emotions. An addiction for revellion ans choas blahblah to feel grandiosity.
