Famous sociopaths (part 3)

Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio:
About 17 o'clock [lunchtime] the accused, together with two other people, was eating in the Moor's restaurant at La Maddalena, where I work as a waiter. I brought them eight cooked artichokes, four cooked in butter and four fried in oil. The accused asked me which were cooked in butter and which fried in oil, and I told him to smell them, which would easily enable him to tell the difference.

He got angry and without saying anything more, grabbed an earthenware dish and hit me on the cheek at the level of my moustache, injuring me slightly... and then he got up and grabbed his friend's sword which was lying on the table, intending perhaps to strike me with it, but I got up and came here to the police station to make a formal complaint.

  4. Was this really notme? What happened to the sweet flirty beeper? She enjoyed it when it was male dominated and she was like a puppy in heat. I liked that characterization of her as well.

And, what is with her dislike of Soulful? I never knew that was the case. Does anyone?

And, who is the moron who thinks every other character here is Erin, including me?

I have to say though, there are almost two separate blogs going on. One the ladies trying to understand themselves and the socios, two the socios who just need to vent with little to no desire in understanding anything because they sure know it all.

    lol, hi Gag.

Yes, I'm in a foul mood. I often only realise it after I've raged at someone about something, usually lame. I feel slightly psychotic tonight. No joke. So there's my explanation as to why i've changed. I'm just fucked in the head, clearly. But it still stands, I dont like what you are doing Soulful. It's shite and dull.
    I need a drink. Bed.

  7. wow, is that really you, aspie?

There seems to be a generally raised levels of aggression among the normally-not-so-aggressive. I would not bet any money on these new versions that they are the originals.

  9. Anon, that's right. I stopped conversing with two socios(UKan and Mis) long ago, because I stopped hearing any original thought, they are good to have around for the newcomers, exhibiting the same show and giving a taste of what a socio could be like.

Zhawq is an original, despite any claims provided by UKan. I like hearing what Zhawq has to say whether I agree or not. His know-it-all style is not as abrasive/vulgar as the other two.

    Post I always enjoy observing.

Kesu and TNP may irritate me but still they have a touch of sophistication and original thought, so not boring over the long term.

  14. Real Ss with no insights...

I buy that. The socios in my life are very much fun and full of action in person, but they wold not be the ones writing on blogs. They can't even articulate well in writing, but a totally different game in person. I'm on vacation and away from the active socios in my life. And, yes, I do use the term loosely when I say that.

What new activity would give me the highest chance of meeting brainy and fun males and females (in that priority order)?

    ReplyDelete
  15. why? I'm pretty sure once in a while people who want to appear astute steal aspie's name.

    ReplyDelete
  21. :) About which part? astute aspie, or my interest in the high functioning sociopath's cats, or your diagnosis, or all of the above?

Aspie occasionally makes observations that are way over the head of average Joe and completely insightful and fitting. This could also be by coincidence (think Being There here) but I doubt it. I totally dig aspie's remarks and really enjoy his presence. I totally wish I had a friend in person like aspie.

These Socio's can converse with the woman or anyone.
As to the grunters, they can't. I agree.
(See the Mis and Ukan dialogues of yesterday, to get a birds eye view of the grunters)

As to the Socios with whom one can converse, there are many; names concealed to protect the innocent.

Once I did act flexible with the right vodka. Not in terms of gender but in terms of how much younger the boy was.

Gender flexibility in terms of sex is a socio trait that surely impresses me. You made me wonder if the right woman (or gay man) could possibly cause a tectonic shift in my world. I doubt that I would let alcohol make the decision in this regard though.

I had written a post that disappeared, curious if it'll show up all of a sudden. If it does, there will be some duplication.

This guy 8====D, definitely is not comfortable with his sexuality yet. Sweet young thing, or an impotent bastard. I like his skinny long depiction of his favorite organ, though.

  79. I have a male and a female socio friend who are completely flexible, while sticking to being heterosexual generally.

They would never call themselves homosexual despite the fact that they have slept with their own gender when approached in the past several times. They basically go along with it. Both have suggested between words over time that they fantasize over me, and I immediately change the topic. Neither one is attractive sexually to me. But, that dancing woman with her own TV program could definitely score a point had she aggressively and skillfully pursued me for some reason. Too bad I am missing her name, oh wait, Ellen something.

  80. I want to throw out another question.
I am thinking that PD's are a skewing of your personal power.
(I am not talking about the people who were born with them but those who got them through abuse or neglect)

I think the Socio takes his personal power too far. He tries to take away power from others.

The BPD and Co-dependent give up their personal power.

The Narc has perverted his personal power. He needs others to feed him. He takes others as prisoners to his need to keep his mask in place cuz he HAS no personal power.
The Narc seems to mess all over people and wonder why he is not liked.
    That seems unique to him.

Anyway, what do you think of this way of looking at it?

For me, it makes sense from what I did and what I have seen in others.

An emotionally healthy person knows where his personal power begins and ends.
He uses it in a strong way for himself but does not run over other people with it.
It provides a fortress for him against intrusion by others but not a battle ground against others.

    ReplyDelete
  81. @Erin

I'm curious as to why you always throw these ideas out there, but can't just make a statement of it, without asking for someone to help you along.

  102. that is a better tale than the bs we keep hearing where goodness changes the basic nature of a creature.

I just tossed heads with my dad. Visiting for a few days. I make sure to visit with a one way ticket so I can get out of here as soon as my patience is challenged. I'm ready to leave. I left him at the dinner table as soon as I finished what was on my plate. He must be happy to have wielded his own power one more time as opposed to feeling upset knowing how disgusted I am of the attitude he pulled off when a little bit spilled on the table as I was serving food. Good thing mom was busy in the kitchen preparing his cheese to accompany his drink. Things get much worse when she plays the hero.

    ReplyDelete
  103. I like that the joker tries to turn humanity on itself and show that everyone is corrupt and evil in the right situation. I like how he takes the hero and tries to put him in situations where he has to be a villian to the general public to stop him.
I didn't like how the movie has those civilians on one boat with explosives and criminals on another boat laced with explosives and they have this moral moment where the criminals and civilians both decide they won't blow each other up even though both boats will be blown up as a consequence. Batman tells the Joker that the Joker was trying to show the world that they are as fucked up and evil as he is, but he is wrong. In real life that plan would have worked. If the civilians didn't blow the boat the criminals sure the fuck would have.

    ReplyDelete
  104. "In real life that plan would have worked. If the civilians didn't blow the boat the criminals sure the fuck would have."

Yes. They always take the audience back to their comfortable place. Back to the lie. I like movies that end in the opposite direction.

    Example of strange uncomfortable:
I was watching Brave Heart with this girl I'd been fostered with, and when I asked her if she liked it, she said: I hated it! All those poor horses that got killed!

I got pissed. The horses?! Why would she even be thinking about them?? I said to her: But they're not even real horses!

"Yes," she said: "But they were real when it happened."

I stopped watching movies with her after that.

    ReplyDelete
  105. What was unforgivable in her remark?

Like Zhawq was saying to me it is not a smart thing to cut off people easily/completely. Socios would not, unless they are absolutely convinced that no benefit could possibly come out of the interaction. In the vacuum of feelings they couldn't care the least whether this girl cared about the horses or not. But, you do. I am also like you, it is easy to avoid people who give me upsets even when I know I am overly sensitive.

Dad just came by, giving me a hug, and brushing off the possibility of his changing because he is too old for change. Screw that, I'm getting too old to put up with shit. If he wants to see more of me he'd need to behave better.

Like I said, would be great to have some botox over these hyperactive amygdalas, I honestly wish I did not give a damn when anyone made an ass out of themselves as they relate to me. I wish I could just laugh out loud and tell them I'll be back when they are in line.

  107. I didn't say I cut her off.
I said I stopped watching movies with her. She was always doing that. She could never appreciate a film for what it was.

    ReplyDelete
  108. My point is that is her problem. Why is that bothering you so much that you now choose to not watch movies with her? Do you know the answer?

    ReplyDelete
  109. "In real life that plan would have worked. If the civilians didn't blow the boat the criminals sure the fuck would have"

I was thinking the same thing UKan. I would have pushed that button as soon as they told me to and I'm not even lying.

    ReplyDelete
  110. If the other boat was full on women and children, I doubt most hardened criminals would press the explosives. Probably, 5% of the prisoners would be willing to kill the women and children, the psychopathic prisoners.

    ReplyDelete
  111. I ask this not to give you a hard time. I am like that with people, and I don't think this attitude is cool. There should be some room for accepting people as they are, so long as they are not trying to change our own opinions about something.

Something is threatening, or something is threatened. What is that? Our sense of control? Our sense of 'lack of connection through shared experience/joy?" What is it?

    ReplyDelete
  112. @Sceli

There already wasn't much to her. We had nothing in common. She was always crying about something. She lived in a filthy home, with too many cats and dogs. She stayed friends with me, even after I took her boyfriend from her, back when we were younger, so I always saw her as a kind of doormat.

Her family just always let me crash with them if I had no place else. Watching movies with her was the only way I could hang out with her, and not listen to her bitching... but she started bitching about all the movies too.. so I figured, what's the point?

    ReplyDelete
  113. notme had a point, last night. I have felt I was alone in my trauma.

That being said,it is impossible to compare trauma because there are a lot of factors which can't be quantified .

I feel humbled when Eden talks about foster care cuz I never had that. I had a 2 parent home.My parents, still, live in the house in which I grew up.
I had educational opportunities and the material things I needed and wanted.
My issues were about crazy making things.

    ReplyDelete
  114. It's really not that difficult to let things pass. By understanding that all human beings are a "complex" network of involuntary biological processes, you can let many of their actions go unnoticed.

That's the advice I gave to a friend of mine. He seems to be convinced that whenever someone does something to harm him, that they themselves must be a bad person. All a rationalization, no doubt. Nonetheless, it helps to understand that the majority of people have no malicious intent. They simply make terrible and/or selfish decisions for self preservation.

Frankly, I don't understand the purpose behind your discussion either.

    ReplyDelete
  115. this reminds me of a documentary i watched on Joran van der sloot, a psychopathic murderer.

they got a hardened criminal wired up and his goal was to record der sloot talking about the murder of a young woman. van der sloot got into the vehicle with the criminal guy and calmy talked about how he murdered the lady and how he disposed of her body, he was joking and smiling while confessing this.

after the interview the hardened criminal, told the interviewer that he was in awe of van der sloots lack of emotion, he called him soulless. It was pretty funny coming from a criminal with scars covering his face.

  118. Loki, the purpose is to not lose peace at all when something is not exactly to our liking. At least for me it is. I understand Eden has a need to distance herself after what she shared about the doormat girl. Based on her info, the girl actually sounds like a narcissistic lazy bitch.

Eden, I don't recall if you are empathic. WHile you sound like you are in control and the aggressive party in the relationship, you did not fail to share some positive (crashing when no other place available). Sounds like you are angry because you want her to harden the fuck up.

What was your motivation when you took the bf away from her? Was he really attractive or was he an ass she should be saved from? Did you trash te guy soon after breaking up their relationship? Is there any possibility that you did her a favor?

It wasn't my plan to take him. I just wanted him, and that was the end of it. It wasn't anything personal against her.

And I didn't think much, that I'm aware of, on whether or not she should harden up...

But I had to share a room with her, and her twin sisters for a time, and I just got sick of hearing her crap.

And as far as being an empath. I was diagnosed with the same PD twice within a 2 year span of time. I was told that I had no empathy, but i had no understanding of that shit back then.

    I was very ignorant.

In my opinion though... I dont agree with my diagnoses. It's true that I don't feel connected to the feelings of others... but I know that is more to do with how I was raised.

Had I been put in a position to survive on and off the streets I am sure I would have perfected a singular mind where it was all about my protection, my survival, my needs. It just is not the case right now. I have this weird sense of doing something positive for others all the time. But, I am far from a doormat. One wrong word and I am willing to cut off all my supplies.

I saw from yesterday someone was calling on a match-maker. I made two introductions in the past two years and they both turned into marriage. Should heaven open its doors if I do this one more time? :)

I'm waiting for Thomas Crown for myself.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Exactly Sceli

You hit the nail on the head. It's just always had to be about survival for me. I didn't examine why I did things when I was young. I just bulldozed through them

It's funny to have to answer questions about my youth as a result.

I just didn't think about why I was, the way I was. I just knew people were bothered by me.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Here is a question:

I've had people here constantly trying to compare me to the males here. I've even had some of the males compare themselves to me...

You guys Do know that I'm a woman right? lol

Zoe thought I was a man in the beginning, so I'm just making sure!

    ReplyDelete
  126. Eden at some point it sure has become all about you (and I don't blame you at all).

An empathic person would go after the bf only if she has something against the gf.

You just wanted him... :) Does sound like you talk about him as if he is just a toy to be had.

I never felt that strongly about any men who was somebody else's bf or husband.

And, I am not sure if that is because I care for the women's feelings or I don't care enough about men to inconvenience any third party or there were always enough available unattached men to be had.

Hard to tell. I wish I knew a man I 'just wanted.' I only seem to want some action, and pick the man who fits the action. It's never been about the men but the activity. In this regard as empathic as I think I am I fit the socio mind set.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Does it bother you to be compared to a man? Does it matter?

    ReplyDelete
  128. I wanted to share some things with you.If you are like Ukan, skip over them.
When notme said I talk all the time about my stuff when people had it a lot worse, that hit me.

My life was totally crazy making.
I knew my mother was an idiot until one day when I thought it was ME.
One day, I realized that my father was in on it.
They were a team to keep the crazy making going . I flipped in to unreality and numb.
I am only coming out now. I just want to tell you some instances and you tell me what you think.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Eden, I almost asked to make sure again today if you were a male or female. It was the picture pretty remark that made me stop asking.

No idea why exactly, maybe because you are the token somewhat sociopathic female. Or your language is masculine (not sure if it is, just saying).

    ReplyDelete
  130. your mother is a real piece of work, erin.

    ReplyDelete
  131. @Anon

No. It just makes me curious to know why. It's not just about here, in this place. My guy friends do it too. They call me, "one of the guys", or as my ex boyfriend and his friends called me: The Female Lemmy

    ReplyDelete
  132. Yes Erin you want to share everything you have been through everything you do, feel, see, hear and think but you might want to do that with people who actually care

    ReplyDelete
  133. Here is one instance that illustrates my life.
I was about 13.I went to a dance with other Jewish kids from my greater Metro area.
I met a boy who was just a friend. He asked me to come to sleep at his house and I could go to school with him on Fri to his school.
That sounded fun to me. He lived about an hour and a half away.
My mother did not call his mother or anything. My father just took me.
I was very developed at that age, 36C bra size.
My father dropped me at the house.
The boys mother was not home. His stepfather was there.
There were a lot of nudes in velvet on the wall;not a good sign lol

I am gonna post it so I don't lose it

    ReplyDelete
  134. @Sceli

You once asked a question about what it means when someone says they don't have a problem with sex.

I didn't know how to answer you at the time, but i thought about it.

For me: I don't know any other way to be with someone.
So if the sex gets boring, all hell breaks loose!

    ReplyDelete
  135. this is juicy... go on.

    ReplyDelete
  136. The stepfather was looking it me in a very sexual way that I knew was trouble.
I was petrified cuz I was gonna stay over that night. There was no lock on my room, either.

I called my mother, hysterical. She said ,"You made your bed, you lie in it"
I ,finally, begged my father to come get me, and he did.

A few months ago, my mother told me, with a bragging tone, that she would have left me there.

    ReplyDelete
  137. juicy remark was to erin. but yours is juicy too.

all hell breaks lose? Like you throw a bucket of water on his face when he falls asleep without first satisfying you sexually?

    ReplyDelete
  138. wow, Erin. Totally weird, shit! My father would never let me stay away with a gf's family let alone a boy's. Then the stepfather. Then your needing to beg to be picked up.

The only explanation I could have is your parents were so very horny and were looking forward to being left alone in the house. Especially your mom. (I really dislike your mom).

    ReplyDelete
  139. @Eden
Yes, what does "all hell breaks loose" mean?

    ReplyDelete
  140. Maybe because woman exaggerate in everything specially their feelings unlike men they are also usually afraid to do anything and i think they care more about social status than most men

Im guessing you dont bitch about clothes and people who ware this and that which is something even middle age woman do
this will take too long to explain

short: you've got a manly behaviour

    ReplyDelete
  141. @Sceli
It helps me to say this stuff cuz I MINIMIZED what happened to me cuz I had material things; a college education, music lessons, camps, nice clothes etc
People make you feel guilty when you complain when they see you have "things"
I felt really guilty for not appreciating what I "had".
That is why I am saying this stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  142. Another time, perhaps.

Lately, I've noticed I'm slowly being peeled by some of yous guys.
    It's a little too much.

    ReplyDelete
  143. It was the crazy making, all the time.I knew it was crazy until I flipped.
Then,I could not see anymore.I could not feel,I could not trust myself.I turned on myself.
    I was dead to myself.

    ReplyDelete
  144. Erin, there's got to be some explanation for their attitude. I will only speculate garbage here with no basis to suggest any validity to my questions. So, don't get mad at me thinking I suggest any truth. I am only asking.

Were you asking for material things all the time? Did they have any reason to feel that you were spoiled rotten and constantly pushing them to take you around? Like that night? How easy would it be for your dad to say 'no, you can't stay there?' Did your mom say no first but you manipulated your dad to take you there anyway?

    ReplyDelete
  145. @Sceli
No, we were well off and I had material things.
I was not asking for things like that.
I am talking about it to GET opinions such as yours.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Eden, it is ok. Do what's in your best interest, you sure deserve the right to that. My last bucket of water question... I did that to a guy once. Felt really good. He woke up and finished what he should have done. Only once though, otherwise I would simply dump the guy without giving him a third chance. I had this unspoken 'two strikes and he is out policy.' This guy was extremely great in bed (my only socio lover) and I had no qualms about waking him up like that. He actually liked it. What guy does not like to wake up to a woman who wants more sex?

    ReplyDelete
  147. @Sceli
This is the kind of thing that happened to me.
It was all "crazy making" stuff as I said, no hitting, etc

    ReplyDelete
  148. Erin, ask yourself how your mother, grandma and grandpa would have behaved in a similar circumstance. I am so curious how your mother was raised. If these were Orthodox Jews there would be no problem given the sense of tight community, no? I don't know. There is some senses somewhere in the picture. Try to step out of your being the victim, and make some sense out of why your mother is such a douche bag? She must have some reasons, could be overreacting to overly protective parents of her own. SOmething. Not to exclude sheer psycho case. Menopause? SOme weird shit.

    ReplyDelete
  149. My mother was allowed me to make independant decisions when I was 13 and she said rude things to me.
OH THE HORROR, WHAT A DISGUSTING PERSON.

You're leaving out the part where you were an ungrateful child who got what she wanted throughout her life and now demonizes her parents for not fitting some bullshit idea of perfect parenting which you have.
    >My dad came and collected me
Yep you pretty much exposed yourself as a whiny ingrate with this comment.

    ReplyDelete
  150. @Anon

That would explain why I'm only a "keeper", to the guys who are all about fetish.

It also explains why the lesbians are afraid to date me!

Well what do ya know! I guess I Am as fucked as everyone says! lol

Ton soprano is not a sociopath

  155. Nero, do you feel superior with the way you are relating to the conversation? Why the need to write in capital letters, afraid that your words are not enough to be heard? Bored that the attention is not on you?

Behave. You surely will be ignored with this attitude.

    ReplyDelete
  156. AAARRRGHHH A RUDE JOKE, SHE MUST BE A PSYCHOPATH RIGHT?

Face it, she spent 10s of thousands of dollars raising you and now you hate her for a few cherrypicked moments when she made you feel bad, sounds pathetic.

My grandmother,my mother's mother, saved my life. She was my one true love.
She never hurt me. She was kind and loving.
Here is the best example. You tell me WHAT you think.

My mother left my brother and me at my grandmothers for a summer.
When she picked my brother up, he would not look at her cuz he was angry she left him.

She felt he rejected her,so from then on ,she rejected him.

    He was 14 months old.

    ReplyDelete
  158. >Why the need to write in capital letter
    emphasis on the satire obviously
    >Bored that the attention is not on you?
there are thousands of other forums I could go to, erin is ruining this one with off-topic garbage.

    ReplyDelete
  159. Erin, her answer is a bitch, but your question is extremely submissive. Asking someone whether she wants you to call to tell her that you arrived, especially your mother? Why? I'd either say "I'll call you when I arrive,' or simply tell her what time my plane is expected to arrive. Does your mom have a poor sense of humor?

i have to say, I am typically on the dominating side and I do react negatively when someone acts overly needy around me. The question sounds like you were overly concerned to please the woman (so hard to call her a mother).

    ReplyDelete
  160. @Eden
If I could say one word to describe you, it would be armored. You HAD to armor yourself like an armidillo,in order to survive.

Our body and mind builds defenses to survive. That is how I got numb,

I annoyed you so much cuz I armored the opposite way to you.
I got uber weak, while you got uber strong.

    Each adapted to his circumstances.

The only time my mother let off me was when I rolled over and was weak.

I got weak as a way to live in my circumstances, I guess.

Really? did she give him up for adoption? oh soz I forgot that you are just making something out of nothing

    >That is how I got numb,
Yet you are still dwelling on instances where your mother was verbally rude to you as a child

    ReplyDelete
  164. Erin, was your mother suffering from a nervous break down? What other reason could make a woman leave her children away for a month? Especially when one is so young?

I guess your mother thought 'how dare this 14 year old reject me?" narcissist b.i.t.c.h!

Enough for one night, she is totally depressing. I am very sleepy. I am sorry that you had this controlling freak narcissist as a mother. Stay away long enough so you see her as this miserable soul that she is as opposed to a disappointing mother. Stay away that you strip her mother identity and only target dealing with her as a problem woman. What a shrink, yikes.

    ReplyDelete
  165. It was too scary to have an identity.
I gave up and became "Hers".

Pretentious is an understatement this is psychotic level thinking. You started listening to what your parents told you, how horrible. I bet you still called your daddy up every time you got a booboo though.

    >Families, to me, are hotbeds of misery, breeding grounds of pain and scenes of violence and hate. I do not wish to create my own.

The fact that he acknowledges that this is 'to him' shows that he knows that in reality they mostly are not, he is pretending to be deluded into thinking all families are not worth it. (while having a wifeLOL)

  175. A majority of men are naturally less emotional. When women show a low amount of emotion people attribute it to being masculine.

    ReplyDelete
  176. My father still talks about how my sibling was sent home from math camp for doing drugs, and that he'd never have allowed that IF HE WAS THERE. Cries to me about not being there, as if I give a shit now.
Mom thought it was cool that I bunked with a guy at 16 because he was the guy I liked. I was a great manipulater with her. She was so stupid, my sibling and I had to tell her her date was smoking weed in the car before he made an appearance. Clueless.

You want to know why some people would rather like a socio for a mate?

They at least PRETEND to care. It's a mindfuck all right. But I'll tell ya, it works in the moment.

Sometimes you need a little fake attention. Take it and then leave it. Someone wants to use you? Use them right back and discard when done.

    ReplyDelete
  177. Yeah and it's bullshit, Ukan. This masculine/feminine shit is ridiculous. People are different depending on their company.

And furthermore...ask any female boss what she does. She kicks as at the office and then has her mate cum on her face every night.
